KILDARE, IRELAND : Seamus Ryan will make his debut in Irish Legends this weekend as the championship moves on to rounds 3 and 4 at Mondello Park. Ryan, a front runner in the Stryker series, will be hoping to get in amongst the action at the front as Geoff Richardson looks to continue the spectacular form that brought him a hat-trick last time out at the reverse circuit meeting. Paul O’Brien will be looking to hit back as it’s the first time in 3 years that his name isn’t at the top of the points table. Ian Conroy will undoubtedly be spectacular as he looks to get his first victory of the season on the board, whilst Geoff Richardson will look to build on a confidence building weekend last time out.
Gordon Brown will be taking aim at the podium positions after coming close in the final race last time and James Holman will be aiming to build off a better weekend as he continues to make progress in the Samsport car.
Richard Kearney will return to the series after missing round 2, having run last weekend in a hill climb event where he finished 2nd in class – just goes to show how versatile the legends can be.
This weekend also sees the return of the Irish Legends at Mondello Park for Rounds 3 and 4 as part of the Fiestaval meeting. The drivers and teams will have 6 races spread over the 2 days meeting.
This weekend is raising funds for Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association, with a charity auction and live music onsite Saturday evening and many other fun activities throughout the weekend.
Drop over and meet the drivers and teams throughout the weekend and become involved.
