(Sophia, NC):  A nice “Ladies Night” crowd was treated to some great racing at Asheboro, NC’s Caraway Speedway Saturday night.  There were some repeat winners and some new faces in Victory Lane.

London McKenzie bested the 20 car strong US Legends Car field.  McKenzie outdistanced Caleb Day for the win in a caution filled 25 lapper.  Bobby Gossett finished third ahead of Spencer Bradshaw and Josh Lowe in fifth.  Ethan Truell was sixth with Ryan Zima, Karter Beattie, Brad Shifflett and Evan Garvey rounding out the top ten. Eleventh went to Mack Leopard with Tyler Miske, Emily Day, Charles Parker, Clayton Austin, Lance Griffith, Scotty Benford, Jerimiah Simonis, Ferrari George and Austin Sims completing the rundown.

Rylan Lowder won the 15 lapper for the Bandoleros.  The third-generation driver is the son of Caraway Speedway’s 602 Modified driver, Josh Lowder and the grandson of Dean Lowder.  The trio shared Victory Lane photos when the racing action was over.  Ellie Gossett finished second and John Gange was third.
