The weather-postponed season opener at Dacotah Speedway in North Dakota took place on Friday night, May 5, as part of the two-day Mandan Meltdown. In the Legends division, Duston Hagen, Donavin Wiest, Noah Madler, and Gage Madler won the four 10-lap heats. The B Feature, which was 12 laps, was won by Dennis Everding.
