Fourteen INEX Legend Cars took to the track with Dennis Pantani and Riley Paul bringing the field to green. Paul got off to the early lead with self-dubbed ‘heat race hero’ Dylan Cote making an effortless pass on the outside for the lead. A few late race cautions include one that removed Paul from the equation put Cote in a tough position against Isaiah Newcomb, primarily, who has been on a hot streak lately. Jase Mongeon and Newcomb’s battle for second place gave Cote the opportunity to run for safety earning his first win of the season.
