Legends Will Not Race at Bethel Motor Speedway in 2024; Bandoleros Will Continue

Bethel Motor Speedway

After a significant Legends car count drop in 2023, Bethel Motor Speedway in New York has announced the division will not race at the track in 2024.

In a statement on January 25, 2024, the track PR mentioned the change.

“The INEX Legends will not be competing at Bethel Motor Speedway in the 2024 season,” per the release. “An extremely low car count in the 2023 season has brought about this decision.”

Bethel Motor Speedway was home to the prestigious LegendStock event, which had drivers from across the country travel to the track to compete for a chance at a custom guitar. NASCAR driver Daniel Hemric is a former winner of the race. However, in 2023, due to the lack of Legends car count, the race was renamed BandoStock, and instead, highlighted Bandolero racers.

In December, the track did confirm Bandoleros and Beginner Bandoleros will continue to compete at the track in 2024.
