Dib, Robidoux, and Helger Jr Win Fast Friday at Seekonk Speedway

Seekonk Speedway - August 23 2024 - Winners

Bandoleros and Legends raced at Seekonk Speedway (MA) on Friday, August 23, in their Fast Friday event. Winning the features were Luka Dib (Bandolero Bandits), Bryson Robidoux (Bandolero Outlaws), and Richie Helger Jr (Legends).

LUKA DIB ADDS ANOTHER WIN TO BANDIT SEASON

SEEKONK, Mass. — Luka Dib found himself back in Victory Lane Friday night at Seekonk Speedway. Driving the No. 13 in the Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Bandits, Dib jumped out front in the early laps of the race, survived a wild battle for the lead, then drove away to score another feature win. Dib had a great regular season in the Bandit division, with multiple wins and constant podium runs. The win in the final race of the regular season prepares him for a run at the championship in the Sunoco Drive For The Cup in September.

Jase Chaber and Carl Satterlund Jr. joined him on the podium, finishing second and third. It was a strong run for both drivers as the playoffs are set to begin. Ayla Martin finished fourth, with Mason Silva and David Bernier rounding out the top-six.

ROBIDOUX ADDS ANOTHER OUTLAW WIN

SEEKONK, Mass. — Bryson Robidoux has found his groove in the Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Outlaws. Robidoux added yet another win to his 2024 season on Friday night at Seekonk Speedway – rocketing to the front and holding off a hard-charging group of competitors to get back to Victory Lane.

Robidoux picked up the bonus points, as the leader of the championship standings, at the end of the regular season. He will now turn his attention towards competing for the title in the Sunoco Drive For The Cup next month.

Nick Uhrig Jr. raced through the field to finish in second, with Parker Davis grabbing third, edging Brody Wakefield for the spot across the line. Mike Hanafin finished the top-five. Zachary Keith, Allyha DeSomma, Jordan Dquette, Abbie Badejo and Nathan Zimmerman rounded out the top-10.

HELGER ON TOP FOR SECOND TIME THIS SEASON IN LEGENDS

SEEKONK, Mass. — Richie Helger Jr. found himself back on top Friday night at Seekonk Speedway. For the second time this season, Helger captured the win in the Nick’s Pit Stop Legends Cars. Helger came out on top of a tight battle with Josh Parsons, Jacob Burns and Brendan LaBelle to get back to Victory Lane.

In a competitive main event, LaBelle came through the pack to finish in second, making a late pass for the runner-up spot. Parsons finished in third, followed by Burns and Mason Tessier.

Chase Silvia, Rodney Dowless Jr., Ryan Vanasse Jr., Stephen Bowden and Brody Wakefield finished off the top-10.
