38 Legend Car Young Lions division Dirt drivers raced during the 2024 INEX season. This week Brady Ascherien was officially announced as the 2024 National Champion.
Heading into the Legend Car Dirt Nationals at BAPS Motor Speedway (PA) in October, Ty Olson was the only driver that had maxed out points, and with a large lead, just had to ride around and finish the feature in any position to win the 2024 National championship. However, an unapproved part (washer on the pan hard bar) was found on his car in post-race tech, disqualifying him from the race and earning zero points for the National event. Ascherien was credited with a fourth-place finish, which earned him the 2024 season points championship.
