Brexton Busch - February 12 2025 - Winter Nationals Winner

Legends Nation has learned youth racer Brexton Busch will move from Bandoleros to Legends this season after his birthday in May, and will race in multiple INEX Racing Series events throughout the Carolinas, including some Legends races in the prestigious Summer Shootout Series at Charlotte Motor Speedway (NC).

Nine-year-old Busch, son of NASCAR Champion Kyle Busch, has been racing and winning in multiple different disciplines throughout his early motorsports career, including the INEX Racing Series Bandolero Bandits division. Most recently, B-Rex, as he is known by, won four of the five INEX Winter Nationals features for his division, earning the Bandolero Bandits Winter Nationals championship (interviews from his wins can be found on the LN Event Coverage page by clicking here).

B-Rex turns 10 years of age on May 18th, making him eligible to move from Bandoleros to Legend Cars. It is expected he will race in either the beginner Legends Chargers division, or in Legends Young Lions, which is for drivers 10 to 15 years of age.

During the Winter Showdown Series and Winter Nationals in Florida, B-Rex was joined for a few days by his father, Kyle, who raced one of the Legend Cars Brexton will race later this year (a video of Kyle’s first laps in a Legend Car in over 20 years as well as an interview about it can be found on the Winter Showdown Series LN Event Coverage page here).

It is expected B-Rex will race his SERVPRO No. 18 Legend Car at tracks in the Carolinas, such as Wake County Speedway (NC) and Florence Motor Speedway (SC), both of which he has won at in Bandolero competition.
