As for the local divisions, Stockton 99 Speedway saw the first race for the Bandalero class in 2024. This event saw Braxton Garcia edge out Zachary Capenter in the Bandolero race. Garcia won the 12 lap race after trouble on lap 6 forced Kane Betancourt into the pits.
Finally, the Legends of 99 took to the track for the second race of their inaugural season. They saw an eighteen car field that was stacked with talent. In fact, twelve of those eighteen Legends finished on the lead lap with only Dannie Carpenter scored as out of the race.6

Ethan Nascimento pulled double duty between the Legends and Pro Late Models, finishing a strong third.
Stockton’s Kayci Phillips ended her night in fourth with Ukiah Speedway regular Kai Lovell crossing the line in fifth. Mike Doss wheeled his number 75 Bassett Racing Wheels Legend to a six place finish. Seventh place was awarded to Wyatt Sansom of Linden while Valley Springs driver Donnie Darter was eighth. Coming home ninth was the other Sansom brother, Zach. He finished just ahead of Saugus native Stephen Bazen.
