Last week, on April 26, 2023, Citrus County Speedway in Inverness, Florida, announced a tire rule change effective immediately for the Legend Cars and Bandoleros.
“Due to the current issue with tire availability, we will be allowing Bandoleros and Legend Cars to run either Hoosier or American Racer tires for the time being,” according to a Facebook post by the track. The post also stated they had American Racer tires available for purchase at the track for this past weekend’s race, which was eventually cancelled due to weather. The next scheduled races for the Legends and Bandoleros will take place on Saturday, May 6.
