The second round of the 2025 Winter Heat Series took place on Saturday, January 4, at Dominion Raceway (VA) on the road course. Originally the races were scheduled for Sunday, however, due to incoming weather, INEX moved them to Saturday, directly after round one action. Just like round one, all Bandoleros raced in one feature, and all Legends raced in one as well. Divisional winners were Maverick Bradshaw (Bandolero Bandits), Cole Gudmestad (Bandolero Outlaws), Keelan Harvick (Legends Pro), Reilly O’Connell (Legends Semi-Pro), and Ben Morabito (Legends Young Lions).
