The first round of the 2025 Summer Shootout Series at Charlotte Motor Speedway (NC) took place on Monday, June 9. Winners were Josh Davenport (Beginner Bandoleros), Brexton Busch (Bandolero Bandits), Landon Thrasher (Bandolero Outlaws), and Knox Bryant (Legends Chargers). During the Chargers feature, it started to sprinkle, followed by rain, making a complete wet track. The Legends Young Lions feature did start, however, was cut short before halfway due to lightning in the area. The heavy rain eventually forced the remainder of the racing action to be postponed until Tuesday. The green flag for the rest of the Young Lions race will take place at 4pm, followed by Semi-Pro, Pro, then Masters. Round two qualifying and features afterwards.

Update: Winners of the round one races that were completed on Tuesday, June 10, were Spencer Bradshaw (Legends Young Lions), Chase Burgeson (Legends Semi-Pro), Jake Bollman (Legends Pro), and Kyle Busch (Legends Masters).
