Steven Partin Wins Ohio Valley Legend Car Series Race at MRP and Series Championship Friday

MRP Raceway Park - Ohio Valley Legend Car Series - September 20 2024 - Steven Partin

The championship event for the Ohio Valley Legend Car Series took place on Friday, September 20, at MRP Raceway Park (OH). At the end of the night, Steven Partin entered victory lane as the winner of the feature as well as earning the 2024 series championship.

The 2024 season is a wrap. The recap from last night. Four drivers head into the night with a championship in their sites. Quade Schoonover, Steven Partin , Levi Morris and William Wetzel start the night good by all qualifying in the top 10 out of 24 cars. Steven sets fast time and goes on to win heat 1. Heat 2 is won by Quade and heat 3 was won by Ronnie Niehaus. Heading into the feature Steven and Quade are on the front row. They battle back and forth for most of the race. Steven takes the win of the race and the championship. Quade ends up in second in the race and the championship. Third in the race was Ronnie Niehaus. Rounding out the championship battle was William Wetzel in third and Levi Morris coming in fourth. Great job everyone and congratulations to our champion Steven Partin. This is his third championship of the series. We want to thank every car for joining us this season. We hope to make 2025 bigger and better for legend car racing in our area.
